“The staff here is amazing and it's really centrally located to a lot of things in the southern California area and you have Laguna Beach a 15 minute drive shopping areas and it's a pleasant property! The staff is excellent the rooms are clean breakfast every day and the Front Desk staff especially Tim and Kevin are very accommodating! Highly recommended location and property!”

“The shower was horrible, with no pressure and the temperature wouldn’t stay hot. It was horrible, the room was bright and it’s so loud. This is not a 4-star. And the $30 parking fee is not even necessary since there is street parking and it’s not a busy street. ”

“I was woke up at 4:30am to the sound of water rushing down from the ceiling in my bathroom. I called the front desk. No one answered. I had to walk down there to find someone. That individual then told me he would go check the floor above to see what was going. Over an hour passed and I had beers nothing, as water contained to pour out from the ceiling. I had to walk down to the front desk again to ask what was going on, and all I was told is that they had called maintenance. I wasn’t offered...

“I paid $230 for one night and expected a nice room. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed in this hotel. The staff and free cookie was nice. However, the hotel was in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants nearby. The room itself had the tiniest sink I've seen in my life, I could barely wash my hands in it because it was 1 inch tall. The room and bathroom looked old / outdated with the walls coming off. ”

The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed. “Clean and spacious rooms. Good hotel if you are not expecting a lot of amenities and things around. There are places to eat around but everything else is a drive from the hotel.”

“Hotel was exactly as described. Sweet touches like wine at 5 and cookies at 6, and the fire pit was on in the evenings without having to ask to have it turned in. Close walk to restaurants and Urth Cafe”
