Questa casa recentemente rinnovata di 1.300 piedi quadrati con grandi finestre e piano piano aperto ha una "atmosfera fresca" e un'atmosfera magica per una perfetta vacanza a Lake City! Dispone di 2 camere da letto più grandi e 2 bagni con mobili nuovi (stagione 2019) che offrono un comfort completo per gli appassionati di Lake City.

La camera da letto principale e l'ampio bagno interno offrono viste complete sulle montagne da più finestre di grandi dimensioni. Rilassati a letto con una tazza di caffè e osserva il sole che sorge sulle montagne per un'esperienza di vacanza completa! Il maestro di grandi dimensioni è la vacanza perfetta e la zona giorno extra con 2 poltrone reclinabili per leggere, fare un sonnellino o guardare la tv. Ci sono 2 armadi separati per un ampio spazio di archiviazione per un soggiorno prolungato.

La suite al piano superiore a volta totalmente privata può ospitare 4 persone con il proprio bagno. C'è una regina e 2 letti singoli con cuscini e coperte extra per soddisfare ogni singola esigenza. È una stanza appartata e tranquilla con 2 grandi finestre e un ventilatore a soffitto per un perfetto riposo estivo. Un ampio armadio e spazio extra per le valigie mantiene tutto ordinato e organizzato.

La spaziosa cucina aperta si affaccia sulle montagne e ha posti a sedere sgabello, elettrodomestici aggiornati, piano cottura a gas e tutti gli strumenti di cottura necessari per preparare qualsiasi tipo di pasto. Mescolare ciotole, servire piatti, piatti e bicchieri sono in abbondanza. C'è una dispensa adiacente per conservare cibo extra. Vengono fornite spezie comuni, condimenti vari e articoli di carta. Il tavolo da pranzo si espande per ulteriori posti a sedere con la sua vista sul sentiero dei cervi di montagna rocciosa.

Il soggiorno ha un nuovo comodo sezionale e incredibili viste sulle montagne per farti sentire come se fossi costantemente all'aperto. Vieni a sollevare i piedi e divertiti! Il ponte adiacente di 550 piedi quadrati con nuova griglia a carbone e posti a sedere per 8+ lo rendono perfetto per intrattenere. Appena giù per la montagna, puoi vedere e ascoltare il fiume per un ambiente completo. Termina la serata attorno alla grande buca per il fuoco giocando a corn hole e guarda le stelle e pianifica le tue avventure per il giorno successivo!

L'ampio vialetto di ghiaia sul doppio lotto è perfetto per un ampio parcheggio per auto, rimorchi e ATV / OHV. Il ponte posteriore è perfetto per caricare e scaricare la pesca, l'escursionismo e tutti gli attrezzi sportivi.

La cabina si trova appena sopra il fiume ai margini della città ed è a pochi passi dal Lake City Bakery e Country Store Grocery. Una bella escursione è appena sopra la casa al sentiero Crystal Larsen. Guarda la natura e la fauna selvatica al suo meglio ovunque tu guardi!

Questo posto ha tutto !! Elegante, ma completamente confortevole e abbastanza robusto per l'uomo avido di vita all'aria aperta! Vieni, resta e divertiti!

Super cozy and comfortable in Lake City

This little gem was perfect for our visit to Lake City for the Uncorked Wine and Music Festival. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. The water was cold and clear and delicious to drink. Hot water in the showers too! Beautiful windows facing the mountains and really cute, eclectic furnishing and bright art pieces on the walls. We had a perfect relaxing week topped off with the festival. We all had such a great time!

Lake City Retreat

This is a two suite property that accommodates two couples or a couple with two to three children well. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit in the evenings and drinking coffee and eating on the deck. Access is great, you can park right at the side and walk right onto the deck or park below and use the stairs. It's right on the edge of town and we had deer in the yard every day to watch! Riding our side by sides in and out was also a big plus. Communication with the host before during and after our stay was great, We would rent again. Thank You Bill and Brenda

Alpine loop OHV ride

Beautiful Home

Lake City R&R

This was our second time to stay here. The house is comfortable, well furnished, and had everything we needed to cook. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the deck and the large living room windows. Julie checked on us, helped with minor issues, and gave us suggestions about things to do in Lake City. The second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, giving guests a feeling of privacy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us — it enhanced our visit to Lake City in every way!

My husband and I could not have found a more perfect place to enjoy our Lake City vacation. The cabin is exactly as described (and more) and Julie is the ultimate host! Great Cabin for Family of 4

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for us. We cooked breakfast every morning and supper several nights. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Great Lake City Getaway!

My girlfriend and I stayed for four days in July and had a great time. Julie was a great host and made sure everything was perfect for us. The house beautiful and we looked forward to our time on the deck in the afternoon. Lake City has so much to offer. We summited two 14ers, drove the alpine loop, visited waterfalls, and paddle boarded on the lake. Highly recommend!

Clean Beautiful Mountain Home!

We loved the look and feel of the cabin! Great size for our family of 5! Well stocked with basic necessities which was very helpful! We loved the deck! We didn't attempt the umbrella on the deck so I am not sure how easy it would be and it did get warm at night. The ceiling fans helped with that though! We would absolutely stay again!

Relaxing Mountain Retreat

We absolutely loved staying at Julie’s mountain home. Perfect location that is convenient to Lake City and to hiking trails. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!

A great house in a scenic location!!

We were extremely pleased. It was a comfortable updated home with every amenity we could have hoped for. Julie was excellent to work with. We felt she cared about our needs and kept our lines of communication open. I would definitely book this house again. It would be my first choice.

Best vacation ever!

We had a great time in Lake City! This house was spotless and so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. The deck was wonderful! We ate every evening meal outside looking at the mountains! The view was beautiful!! Julie was wonderful to work with. She stayed in touch with us, making sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond in answering our questions and giving us information about the area! If we get back to Lake City, we would definately want to stay here again!!

Beautiful home, stunning location, complete relaxation

We are empty nesters who wanted to escape the August heat back home. Our three grown kids joined us for part of our stay. We all loved the house and were very comfortable there. The house has attractive, modern furnishings. It felt like a home. The owners paid lots of attention to detail and anticipated everything we needed. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. We cooked almost every day, and never had the experience of needing something and not having it. And the beds are comfortable! We had great communication with the owner from before check in and throughout our stay. She checked on us periodically and was very responsive. There is a lot to do in Lake City. It’s a short walk to town where we found walking trails, restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, bingo, concerts, a movie theater, and even a ghost tour. We rented a Jeep and drove the Alpine Loop. We went whitewater rafting in Gunnison. And we spent lots of time reading and enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains from the deck. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful house and can’t wait to go back!
