Hotel a Lake

“AC didn’t work in the first room. Pictures of rooms are not what they look like. Hot tub was green and pool was dirty. And the owner was screaming at his wife when I came in to check in. Not a nice man”

“Good stay. Nothing to complain about.”

“First of all the hotel sat way back from the road and was kind of hidden. There were people hanging around outside that made us feel uncomfortable. The hotel was not maintained very well on the inside. There’s damage to the furniture and the doors and the carpet is very worn. The air conditioner in our room did not work and we ended up having to request a different room. We did not feel safe and won’t be booking with this Holiday Inn Express anytime soon. Such a disappointing stay.”

“Rooms were very modern, spacious and clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. While we were there the dryer broke. We were offered the staff’s dryer to dry our clothes. We appreciated that.”

“The bathroom tub need cleaned and the paint was coming off in the bathroom, the bed was the only thing that was good”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be.”

“Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.”

“Great breakfast options! Love the renovations. Staff was friendly. Lots of noise from above. Only disappointment was no soap at the sink for washing hands after using the restroom. I asked the man at the front desk & he couldn't find any.”

“The towels were clean but stained. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Bath was disgusting sonof possible to take a shower. Air-conditioning was so loud. So on and so on. The worst motel i have ever had the misfortune to stay in Absolutely overall DISGUSTING and I have had to stay in approximately 20 and NEVER this bad”
