“Great hotel”

“I like that the gal who checked me in asked about why I was in town and took an interest in me personally. I also appreciated that she didn't blast my room number to anyone in earshot. As a woman who travels for business and sometimes alone, it was greatly appreciated.”

“I have no idea how this property has a good rating on the Expedia site. That was not our experience. The room was not clean with wrappers on the floor and a dirty towel on the shelf. We arrived later in the evening and when we got up the next morning all I wanted just wanted to get out of there. I did speak with the staff and she said I should have asked for another room. Lesson learned. No apology.”

“This Place is Not At All Like The photos There Was No Hot Tub The Tv Would Work Carpet Was Wet We Booked A suite & The Room Was Just A Double Bed Staff Was Nice But The Place need Updates”

“This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again.”

“We immediately checked out after seeing the rooms. Smoke detector was missing, cleaning was not thorough, and one of the rooms had not been cleaned at all.”

“Unique was the shower handle to turn the water on. Limited breakfast items, but what they had were good, including a unique pancake machine.”
