“The only reason that I booked this “hotel” was the pool. On Expedia by searches always include breakfast and pool when the booking was confirmed. The confirmation picture is a shot of the pool when I arrived to check in at about 10 PM. I was met in the lobby with a sign that says pool is closed. Please be understanding.
