Hotel vicino a Lake Norman Visitors Center - Charlotte

“Did not like sliding barn door for bathroom. No privacy. Was beside bed”

“Fine hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice. Didn’t love the suite. The in-wall AC units always have a smell and run loud.”

“The room was very clean, nice place for a nights stay. Near some good food choices. Would book again.”

“Room was basic and clean. We were there only one night and it was just what we needed. Breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn’t count on it being enough if you want more than a bagel. There was no liquid creamer which was odd to me but the dining area was clean.”

“While staying at the loft is always nice and the rooms are great, 303 had a strange smell, we bought a candle to mask it. Also New pillows would be nice, those were so flat. ”

“Place is under a major renovation. Not sure they would still conduct business in such conditions. Construction crew onsite with heavy equipment beeping early morning. Please refund the money.”

“The check-in staff was not pleasant at all. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and I am not a smoker. The suite looked like it had not been booked in a while. It had not been vacuumed or dusted in a while. It did not have a fresh smell to it at all. Aluminum foil was covering something in the ceiling and the television only had a sound (no picture). I informed the morning clerk an and his reaction was wow! Definitely OVERPRICED!!!! I will never stay there again and definitely will not recommend...
