“Resort staff were friendly. They helped accommodate our group (3 adults, 6 kids) to have a pizza party in a hotel common area as opposed to us jamming in one room or sitting out in the hot heat. The base camp staff were helpful and it was great to have access to the base camp equipment! The pools were fun and in good shape. Hotel rooms and common areas could use a facelift.
