“Our stay was good overall, and the room was a great size for traveling with a pre-teen and a baby. Unfortunately, the carpet in our room was absolutely disgusting, and the pull-out couch bed was unusable due to its condition. Our son ended up having to sleep directly on the couch instead, which was very disappointing. “We have stayed at Gables Motel many times, and it has become our favorite place to stay in the area. The property is always well maintained, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. We also enjoy the outdoor sitting area, BBQ facilities, and lawn games, which make it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. “We had booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and when we got there we had to take 2 rooms with 3 queen beds. Not enough towels in the room and with rhe office closed in rhe evening we didn't have enough until morning. Over all not a good place to stay”
