Resort con appartamenti a Lake Windermere

“Ho soggiornato qui il 14.08.15. Comodissimo per la vicinanza al Kootenay N.P. La camera era spaziosa,con macchina per caffè e frigorifero e tv. Il bagno grande e pulito. La colazione fatta in casa e ricchissima:omelette,salsiccia e fagioli,torta di mele,uova sode,yogurt,frutta fresca,pancakes,pane tostato,caffè,thè e cioccolata.L'unico appunto è aver trovato capelli nel letto ovviamente non miei,ma è una costante in diversi alberghi in cui sono stata.Comunque lo consiglio vivamente anche se è un...

“Stayed in a single queen room, was more like a cell. Room appeared tidy but was not clean, bedding was dirty and stained. We arrived after hours so there was no opportunity to get a different room or clean bedding. Window in bathroom had no windows covering. Coffee pot was dirty and stained. Room was very warm, we ran the air conditioner all night which was unbelievably loud and it never really cooled the room. “We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”

“We stayed two nights in an upstairs room. The young person who checked us in was friendly and helpful but we never saw him again after that. The lady that was cooking breakfast did a great job and was friendly. Outside of those two we didn't see another staff member at the hotel except one man who who didn't make eye contact and we wouldn't have guessed he worked there except we saw him go into the 'employee area'.
