This unit sits back up from the River, but you can see the River from the porch and it's about one-two minutes walk to our extended River bank and our boat dock.
This property is actually two properties in one house. This part has the following:
Two full beds, one twin (which is also a couch), several chairs, TV, microwave, fridge, Jacuzzi tub, nice tile floor outside Weber grill.
This room is a part of a 4 bedroom house, but it has separate entrance and parking area.
PRICE FOR LODGING STARTS AT $150 PER NIGHT (UP TO 2 GUESTS) AND $60 PER NIGHT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST.
(The room can accommodate up to 3 people.)

Awesome stay

Fishing trup with friends. Great location, very convenient to have a boat dock to leave the boat on the water. Will definitely rent it again

Quiet, great location.

This is simply a bedroom with two beds, a futon, a couple of chairs, and a counter with a microwave and coffee pot on it. There’s a bathroom. It’s not fancy but if you just need a place to sleep, snack and get dressed, this will work just fine.

Homey feel. Liked how absolutely quiet it was. The beds need to have a locking feature on the wheels, otherwise if you try to prop up your pillows the bed will roll away from the wall. The recliner that is in the room has a practically broken foot support. It goes up, but with any weight on it, it will go down.

Great White River getaway for the fisherman and for those not fishing!

We don't boat or fish but love this area of Arkansas and the river; we found that this property offered all we wanted. Newland's Resort offers a quiet area with clean well-stocked lodging and a quick walk to the river's edge and dock. The owners, Charles and Irena, as well as Robert, who was there to greet us, were friendly and informative. There are different sizes of lodges to meet any family's desire. We are already planning a return visit in the fall.

Great fishing from the river that is steps away. Wonderful State Park for fishing, eating out, hiking and do much more.
