“We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our 2 dogs were made so welcome and our dining experience wasn’t reduced in any way because of them. Harriet should get a mention as nothing was too much trouble for her. “Ottimo servizio, buona posizione all'interno di un bel parco. La senzazione di abitare in un castello è molto bella. Consiglierei solo un po' di manutenzione alle moquettes, tanto diffuse in UK ma appena cominciano ad essere "vissute" condizionano sul giudizio dell'aspetto generale dell'hotel. “Early check in went well and we were shown to our room which had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Only criticism I have is the first impression on entering the bedroom block......was how dirty the carpet on the floor and stairs is which made me wonder if I should have booked the property. But entering the bedroom changed that idea and all was well.”
