The unique cottage, a converted railway station, has an open-plan living space with a wood burner, a double bedroom and a patio on the former station platform.  A thoughtfully cultivated herb garden offers a tapestry of aromatic herbs, creating an enchanting culinary retreat.
The cottage blends original features with contemporary comforts to create a charming retreat. Step into the open-plan living space, with the original station fireplace, exposed brick walls, and period windows letting in lots of natural light. The quaint kitchen has a lovely wooden floor, it's equipped with all the essentials for creating delicious dishes, making the dining table a perfect spot to gather and share a meal with loved ones. Retreat to the inviting lounge area, where a roaring wood burner sets the perfect cosy ambiance. Settle onto the plush sofa, grab a blanket, and catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Head to bed in the peaceful double bedroom via the shower room, which even has period fittings. Cosy up on chilly evenings by the electric fire, snuggling under the plush duvet in the warmth and comfort of this inviting home.
Step outside onto the patio and soak in the breath-taking views across the rolling hills. Light the fire pit or fire up the BBQ, settle into a comfortable chair, and enjoy a refreshing drink as the sun sets and dine alfresco in this incredible setting. 
Head out on pretty walks and bike rides through the nearby hills and countryside, a haven for birds and wildlife. You can go fishing and kayaking on the Teifi River (50 metres), it''s also a lovely spot for riverside picnics and from there you can walk through the woodland all the way to Lampeter (3.5 miles). History buffs will want to visit the market town of Lampeter and explore the fascinating local heritage sites, including Dinefwr Park (23 miles), a 12th-century castle, house and park where you may spot deer, Llanerchaeron (10.5 miles), an 18th-century estate, and the Dolaucothi Goldmines (8.5 miles) established in Roman times.
