I called them before heading to airport to pick up the car and they confirmed they have it. And I confirm before start to finalize the reservation. And they confirmed they have the car. After finish everything they offer me smaller car and they screw up my entire trip because I had to go rent a cargo van to take care of the luggage’s and rent for the rest of family small car....
