“clean hotel, satisfying breakfast, convenient for those who have to leave from Yul airport.
I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed.
I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do...

“Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera.
La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente.
Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati.
Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto
non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...

“I like this place i go here pretty often when I need a 1 or 2 day stay, it's location next to Champlain mall plenty of restaurants and terminus/rem station Panama gives easy access to Montreal . It's cozy , tiny bathroom with a big tub and good water pressure the beds are not squeeky and comfortable wifi always works and AC is the best it's the old 70s under the window style AC and cools the room in seconds.
The one and only thing I would really change about this place is their cable plan they...

Fortunatamente ho deciso di soggiornare al S. Martin è ho fatto bene.
Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, due bottiglie di acqua all'arrivo (gratis) e firgobar fornito (a pagamento). La colazione è più che soddisfacente: buffett con cornetti, waffle, diversi tipi di pane e marmellate. Alcuni formaggi, patè e frutta fresca. Succhi e bevande calde, uova e salsicce. Non capisco come...

Anche se alla fine tra commissioni e tassi di cambio ci ho comunque rimesso 14€ per un errore della struttura. La cosa grave è che a quanto ho letto non è la prima volta.

"Soggiorno perfetto. Hotel di qualità a 300 metri dalla stazione centrale. Camere molto grandi, dotate di cucina, forno a microonde, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione però si potrebbe migliorare, non ci sono succhi di frutta né bacon o uova strapazzate. Solo uova sode. Ma, a parte questo, un ottimo soggiorno. Complimenti..."

I wrote an email to the management and am still waiting for a response.
