I had messaged them to get check in information and was only told at that time the place was now unavailable. For something as important as cancelling last minute they should have called, messaged and emailed. It started with having to send photos of myself and my id… followed by no visible number on the property, and then being sent a YouTube video after driving around the block in circles in my uber…. Watching a YouTube video while pulling two suitcases and my small dog to find that the key is inside another box followed by two more doors to get in… that’s when see the incredibly steep and narrow staircase. “Clean, accurate to picture, excellent location, easy communication with hosts. Definite street noise (and we were there during road construction, so it was a lot), but I expect normal for the location.”

“The room was more bare bones than I realized. The pillows were not good at all, the bed wasn’t great. Only one tiny lamp with just ceiling over head light which just wasn’t inviting, along with the room being very very dark with very little light from the windows that look out into an alley. ”
