“Beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the ice cold water in the lobby especially the fruit infused ones.
Breakfast was great each morning.
I was not a fan of the parking arrangements although they are fast I prefer to not have my car parked valet where I don’t have access to it 24/7”
“I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe.The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks.
If I ever came to Chicago I would stay here again also the hosts were fantastic ”
“Parking was free and had nice location right off 90. Restaurant on 1st floor has good food and there is a small convenient store also if you need any last minute things, and it has snacks too!”

Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata (regolabile) cassaforte, una macchinetta per il caffè, due bottigliette d'acqua, asciugacapelli, un maxi televisore.
Letti e cuscini estremamente comodi.
Le tende, seppur bianche sono molto molto oscuranti.
Per noi non è stato un problema, ma le pulizie vengono fatte a giorni alterni con la possibilità di richiedere la pulizia della camera anche nei giorni non...

"Le foto sul sito non Corispondono per niente alla realtà. Stanza piccola bagno minuscolo e senza la vasca come in foto. Non c’è e nemmeno il sapone il wifi non funziona e quando lo chiedo al concierge mi risponde che non è di sua competenza. Riscaldamento super rumoroso. Non esiste servizio in camera e il concierge non er stato gentile per niente. Niente acqua in camera. Se la sua vuole costa 8 euro a bottiglia. Veramente pessima esperienza "
"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."
