“Staff was exceptional, always stopped what they were doing to greet us as we were coming and going. They took the time to talk to us about ice cream shop recommendations. Breakfast was good! Breakfast server was so friendly. The elevator broke as we were leaving but all else was great! ”

“For a Hyatt hotel, this was meh at best. I paid extra for higher floor room. But my view was still not great, for it was the opposite side of the downtown. Now I know that not everyone will get the good side. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel it’s wrong to charge extra for the rooms with poorer view. The “complimentary breakfast had 3 items only, and one of those was some terrible, dry, stale turkey sausages that I couldn’t bear to finish. And I’m someone who will eat almost anything!...
