“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“We had very loud and noisy guests staying next to us which you could hear quite well through the connecting doors, even though they weren’t open. You could also hear room doors slamming in the hallways”

“The breakfast could be better. Surcharge as; offer breakfast meats and a variety of fruits. Also the elevator and carpet could use a little repairing and cleaning. Overall friendly staff and easy check in and out process.”

“Room was clean, though somewhat dated. Bed did not have padding. Bathroom had a large tub with jets (whirlpool) which indicates a dated room. Staff was usually not at front desk. ”

“The breakfast was great. The rooms were great. The pool is filthy! A layer of oil on it. Bugs and hair everywhere, and its cold! There is no restaurant in it so you either go to a diferent hotel or a 15min drive to the mall and restraunts.”

“Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room. “This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”
