“The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. “Beautifully restored and maintained property. Thoughtful touches all around. Nice room sizes and beautiful bath finishes with intricate heated floors. Staff were all pleasant, professional and accommodating. Great stay in a super convenient location. Highly recommended. ”

“Room was clean and well equipped. Unhappy that there were not enough carts to aid in unpacking and going to the 2nd floor. Also, on checkout day the ONLY elevator was not in operation, and we had to walk down steps with our belongings. My husband is 80yo and I am handicapped. It was extremely unpleasant departure!!!”

“The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!”
