Overall this property was great for being in the area walkable to the main street and train station for a picturesque ride. We were in the area for a wedding at Turquoise Lake. Communication was excellent. House was clean with more of a campy feel. Do not expect updated amenities and note one bathroom which may be a struggle for a larger group.

Family stayed here during the Leadville 50 run. It was the perfect spot for us. Great location in town. Very clean and well maintained. And actually has (unlike many other properties) some proper kitchen supplies and ingredients for those that prefer to cook and not have to buy every spice or ounce of baking powder from the grocery store! Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic House, Caring Host

Highly recommend! While the house looks good in photographs, it is even better in person. Great location, plenty of space indoors (tons of seating, good size rooms and kitchen) and outdoors (the back yard/deck is fantastic). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the host was very thoughtful and responsive. We love Leadville and can't wait to come stay here again on our next trip!

Everything we Needed for a Great Stay!

The property was very clean with plenty of towels and linens provided. The kitchen was well-stocked which made it possible for us to do a lot of cooking. Having a parking space in the driveway was nice too. The check-in instructions were clear and accurate.
