“The Zetter was wonderful! The staff were extremely attentive. The rooms are large for London (sitting area and very large bathroom). The lobby/lounge area was amazing, especially the fireplace. The neighborhood was safe and clean and the Farringdon underground station is a five minute walk. The food at the Zetter is first-rate and there are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. ”

"Siamo stati mezza giornata senza acqua corrente, può succedere, per carità. Gli operatori alla reception sono di una scortesia unica, e le pulizie camera alle 17 del pomeriggio nell’unica mezz’ora in cui sei in hotel non si possono accettare da un hotel di questo livello. Infine allarmi incendio che suonano di notte e insonorizzazione inesistente, sembra di avere in camera gli ospiti delle camere vicine, e se uso uno fa una doccia impossibile pensare di riposare. Non parliamo del prosecco offerto, francamente imbevibile. Mi spiace, ma questo è un hotel vorrei ma non posso. "
