Gli operatori alla reception sono di una scortesia unica, e le pulizie camera alle 17 del pomeriggio nell’unica mezz’ora in cui sei in hotel non si possono accettare da un hotel di questo livello. Infine allarmi incendio che suonano di notte e insonorizzazione inesistente, sembra di avere in camera gli ospiti delle camere vicine, e se uso uno fa una doccia impossibile pensare di riposare. “Our flight was late and we checked10:00 pm, so might be much better if earlier. Check in guy was dismissive, not helpful, just said kitchen was closed and bar was closing. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee. Ringrazio lo staff che è stato molto attento e premuroso. Mi hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di prosecco perché hanno saputo per caso che eravamo lì per festeggiare il master di mia figlia. ”
