“Have been wanting to stay here for years and it was well worth the wait. We were welcomed by Christina who made us feel at home and showed us to our room (Ward's Stone) which was immaculate, spacious and has a large bathroom with rainfall shower. The pub was busy (it's obviously popular with locals, a good sign) but there's lots of places to sit so that wasn't a problem. We had a few drinks and had supper that evening. “Room was clean although the bathroom could do with a deep clean (shower area). Staff were very pleasant and the food was delicious. One of the main reasons for booking the Waddington Arms was that the website said they have an EV charger. Upon arrival we found out that it had been removed last year, luckily enough I was able to charge up in clitheroe. I would go back regardless of the lack of charger, although it would have been a bonus”

“Setting was idylic, bar area was cosy and warm especially when log fire was burning. Staff very welcoming and charming. Restuarant lovely and food excellent, limited menu but prepared fresh. Rooms very quaint, little one bedroom cottage, lounge area downstairs with Tv and upstairs a bedroom and bathroom with large bath and powerful shower. Will certainly return”
