“My husband and I had a wonderful two days over the Memorial Day Holiday. The staff was excellent and very helpful and efficient. We were on the first floor and enjoyed the patio and the beach. The only thing, we weren’t a fan of the boxed breakfasts. We enjoy going to the kitchens for a hot meal instead of eating in our room.”

“I stayed at Hotel Earl Charlevoix in May 2026. This hotel is in a perfect location to walk around the city, and the staff are very nice. At check in, I received a complementary upgrade to a room with balcony. Room was very spacious and very clean. But, here are the problems during my stay: Water pressure was very low in room on third floor making it difficult to shower. AC noise was very loud, and I had to turn it off. What a fantastic room we stayed in - a corner room with two windows overlooking East Bay. The Alexandra Inn was a really wonderful surprise!”
