“I was only there for a very quick overnight on a fast cross country drive and I left super early in the morning, but the place seemed very well kept, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Can’t ask for more. ”

“I stayed on the 4th floor and the shower and bathroom faucets took a VERY long time to access even warm water. Run the shower several minutes before showering, or it’ll be quite a chilly one!”

“You can tell they are working on the building but I booked this hotel thinking the sauna and hot tub worked they did not the beds where hard and we ended up leaving early after we ate cold biscuits and gravy for breakfast this was a present for my daughters 16th birthday and I let her down by picking this hotel ”

“Older hotel. Coffee bar area is cluttered with different kinds of stuff that do not belong there. The room had good lighting in the bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Good place for the money ”

“Everything was just fine. I did the online check in but still had to sign the same form, show my Id etc. so that was kind of pointless to do both. But overall friendly staff and clean comfy room. Very safe feeling. ”

“Was in town for a concert in Ames. Room was good, clean. We didn't have breakfast so I cant comment on that, however we were down before 9 am and didn't see any coffee anywhere, pots aren't in the room either which is why I gave that 2 stars. ”
