When the lady at the front desk told me she was too busy to bring the bedding up to us that we would have to come down and get it ourselves. Went down as soon as we got off the phone. There were no in the lobby and no one at the front desk. After waiting almost 5 minutes the lady finally came in from outside. "Oh are you needing bedding?" Not very good customer service and then making us come down to get bedding...

“Fleas! I was there an hour. I was covered in flea bites. I just wanted a couple days to rest before I have a baby. The manager was hostile. He did not issue a refund, even though I checked out almost immediately. One of the staff was concerned about my staying there because it’s such an unsafe motel.
