“Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin.”

“Lots of parking. The waitress at breakfast was great and couldn't do enough for me. I stayed 2 nights, 1st breakfast perfectly cooked, the 2nd breakfast not so great. Prices are about right The room was big, clean light and airy with good facilities. Definitely an above average establishment. I would definitely re visit.”

“Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings however the decor is very tired. The staff were very friendly and hospitable and the leisure facilities were good. There is a very limited food menu on offer in the bar and the quality of the food was mediocre at best.”

They dealt with problems the best they could with the lack of any management being available to offer support to one female staff member on second shift working without uniform another female staff member on her fourth week with the hotel with limited training and a male staff member multitasking to help with anything and everything.
