This villa has a capacity to accommodate 6 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

It is composed of a spacious living room with a wood stove, overlooking the heated pool and terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking: kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. It is convenient and functional, ideal for cooking delicious meals!

Also a connected utility room with sink, refrigerator and washing machine, as well as independent toilet.



There are two bright rooms in a row, one equipped with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, and the other with two single beds and a wardrobe as well. A bathroom separates these two rooms and has a towel dryer and a hairdryer for your comfort. You will find another master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, and a bathroom with an Italian shower and vanity unit.



Outside, you can enjoy a heated pool and a terrace equipped with a garden lounge table, sun loungers, and an electric awning. At the back of the house, you can enjoy a living area with a sofa and armchairs to sip a cocktail at dusk, after a day of sightseeing or beach time. A gas plancha is available for unforgettable barbecues, and a play area for children completes the outdoor facilities of this superb accommodation!

You will be able to park your car and store your bicycles in the garage as well as in front of the house.

The garage is equipped with an independent bathroom.

5 minutes by car from the Sables d'Olonne train station.

10 minutes by car from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, the Halles market, and the city center.
