“I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!”
“Hotel was new, modern, and we loved that the in door pools doors opened up to the courtyard. There was tables and game and the bar was on the other side. Not to mention the rooms are amazing with the kitchenette. A must when you have a toddler or kids.”
“A storm came through while we were there and the electricity was off for about 14 hrs. The Staff was very accommodating during this time and we were fine. Great place to stay!”

“It is in a nice area with plenty of shopping, dining, coffee options. Our 2 bed, 2 bath room with a loft was perfect for a family of 4 with kids who are old enough to need privacy but too young for their own hotel room.”

“After a bad experience at another hotel nearby, we were so relieved to find Sleep Inn. The difference was night and day. The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what we needed.
Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield.”
“ Over all this hotel is great! Very comfortable, spacious rooms. We only had one issue with the bathroom door not locking, and the light shining through the bathroom door was very bright when the rest of us were trying to sleep. The lobby area was great, and the breakfast options were decent. ”

"Durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo dormito in vari motel, tutti circa nelle stesse condizioni. Anche qui potrebbe essere posta più attenzione nella pulizia del locali comuni e delle stanze, tutto sommato una notte senza pretese la si puó trascorrere. "
