“1st time in Springfield & was not disappointed; I see why the ratings were accurate. Remodeling has happened (atleast on the 4th floor). Room was very clean, pretty spacious, bed very comfortable, liked layout, spacious restroom with good size shower, plenty of parking, great breakfast buffet with plenty of options & hot food. All workers were helpful & take time to interact with you. Very safe area. Route to hotel is unique, but you will easily get there (several turns & do not see hotel off...
