Hotel a Levenshulme

“Siamo arrivati in questo posto, che dalle foto su Internet, sembrava tutt’altra cosa, e ci siamo trovati di fronte una struttura fatiscente e sporchissima, gestito da un losco personaggio, x farla breve aliena abbiamo visto le camere , sporchissime con le lenzuola sudicie ma cambiate da anni, ed il bagno in comune sporchissimo.. abbiamo preso i bagagli e siamo andati via! Logicamente questo truffatore non ci ha restituito i soldi! Un’esperienza terrificante. Non capisco x quale motivo non sia...

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Soggiorno di una notte prima del rientro in Italia. Hotel raggiungibile a piedi dall' aeroporto. Ristorante un po' caro...”

“Struttura comoda all'aeroporto, raggiungibile a piedi attraverso i tunnel che portano al terminal 2 poi cinque minuti a piedi. Però per esser aeroporto poco personale al check in (solo due desk) con coda e attesa. Stanza pulita ma per l'asciuga capelli si deve scendere e chiedere allo stesso desk del check in (altra coda e attesa). Stanza silenziosa, è isolata bene dal traffico aereo. Si dorme ma il letto non è un tocca sana per la schiena. Colazione deludente. Poca qualità e poca scelta. Quasi...

“Room seemed ok, apart from the fact of being at 4th floor without lift... till I opened the window. Window was opening 4 cms only. Inner curtain , in the room, was full of dead moths and bugs, DISGUSTING. Basil was CRACKED and all ceiling corners full of soiders nets. DISGUSTING. Bed very old.”

“There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though.”

“Was basic but clean. Plenty of room and all amenities close by. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help”

“The Old Hall hotel is a lovely old building, with all the charm you would expect. On arrival the reception staff were fantastic and helped us with parking arrangements. The room was lovely overlooking the Opera House. It was very hot whilst we were there but the room remained cool. The room facilities were good. I cant review the breakfast as the gas wasnt working in the hotel, and breakfast was served in the sister hotel next door.”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”
