“The Expedia listing said “pay at property,” but I was charged through Expedia and then charged again by the hotel for the stay. On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. “The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. ”
