“About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach.”

“The floor was sticky and dirty. It seemed like it was washed with very dirty water. The room smelled like rotten shrimp. The bathtub in the adjacent bedroom had a large dirt stain on the bottom. I believe the dirty water from the floor mop bucket was poured in and never properly cleaned out. The shower in this tub did not work, the problem was the plumbing knob. The chairs on the balcony were dirty.
The towels and bedding were very clean. ”

“The room size was great and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the river is not as it appears in the listing. It is only partially visible from the balcony on the back side units. It is nice to walk down to the sandy beach and out n the pier. We had a Deluxe room with a kitchen and it was really nice. Location is not far from the downtown area and only 1.5 miles free m the ferry port to Fort Fisher. We will probably go back in the future.”
