There were some negatives things about this house for which I would not stay again.A few of them cant be fixed such as, the house shares a driveway with two other house and sits in the middle of the three. The first house is currently under construction (August 2025) the other house has a raised deck that is very close to the windows, so that if the deck is in use you can hear the conversations if the windows are open, and rhe house has no A/C so the windows are open if there are people outside.The driveway is also very steep, and there are signs that read “no parking” along the street and The house has no usable yard.The kitchen lacks counter space for food preparation and cooking and is a bit small for the size of the house it is also up 3 flights if stairs. So thise are the things that cant be fixed.Other things that were bothersome, the couch is old and stained and sinks in when you sit on it, the pans in the kitchen are teflon coated but are scratched up. The hottub had Sand in the bottom if it, the keypad needed new batteries, (they gave us a code for the lockbox to access a key after reaching out).Positive things about the house; the community has a nice park and a pool, the beach access has stairs but is close, the biew from the third floor allows you to see the ocean, there is a row of houses between you and the ocean, but you do have a view.The third floor is bright and open you get a beachy coastal feel on the third floor.
