“Worst stay ever. 1. AC - did not work (it is old like form 90ties) did not keep temperature at the range. 2. There was no hot water at all! Cold icing shower at the morning. 3. Bedding is for cows, not for people! 1) Blanket from the material my grandma used to wipe cows before milking, terrible for the skin. 2) pillows were compressed and had, you could brake the neck on it. “Only bad thing was the in room coffee. It’s not the hotel’s fault but the fault of Best Western. It was marked Best western. Everything else was very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go through Kenosha.”

“Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness.”

“Front desk is rude, room is so dated and the bed was horrible. The chair in the room had stains on it and so did the curtains. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. We went to the pool which is knee deep, was over by the hot tub and there was so much scum on the side of it people had been writing bath things in the scum. Was saving a couple bucks and got the city view instead of the water view, big mistake, it is a parking lot view. Tried to change to the water view and they refused even...
