Hotel a Lisbon Falls

“We were in room 101 for 4 days the staff in the morning laugh good up p l right in the hallway out side the door very unprofessional we booked the room to sleep and that did not happen. The front desk night clerk was sick for days with persistent every three minute cough I asked why he was working sick he said (I have a tickel in his throat a lie not all week A real disappointment”

“Seems newly renovated. Very clean. Mattresses & pillows were very comfortable.”

“The room was dingy, clearly hadn't been cleaned more than a simple sweep and wipedown of the counter tops. The floor was sticky, buckled, and the floorboards were sticking up, causing us to trip on more than one occasion. The room smelled like pet urine on one side of the room. The walls appeared to be mid-renovation with many spackled holes that hadn't been painted and appeared to have been there a while, with new dings/scratches still left to fix. The small complimentary shampoo had clearly...

“Room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel is okay. The room freshener that they spray is awful. The floors are dirty. Whoever stayed in the room before us had used the ice bucket lid as their dinner plate. It was nasty.”

“The Orchard Inn is very quaint and charming. The grounds were very quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the great coffee and healthy continental breakfast that was provided. Would definitely recommend the Orchard Inn.”

“Personale al check-in per nulla disponibile e burbero, la camera lascia molto a desiderare, letto matrimoniale ma di misura una piazza e mezzo, le luci sui comodini una non faceva, il frigo solo luce accesa ma non raffreddava, nel letto tirare giù le coperte, sembrava ci avesse già dormito qualcuno da quanto era disfatto. Nel bagno mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffia per doccia. ”

“There was dust and hair in corners.Tile in bathroom paint was peeling off.I had to clean ac screens was so much dust.”

“Poland Springs Resort had more than 1 Building however the Lodge was where we stayed and the Building & Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it took approximately 10 minutes to drain. The carpeting was Brown which hid stains & had a musty odor. The locks on the Room Doors were from the 60’s - 70’s. On a 1-5 scale I give my overall experience a 2.”
