“Perfect experience in this charming hotel. Everything was smooth and easy. Staff is very helpfull and available. The restaurant is very pleasant. Car parking is convenient.”
“Really enjoyable stay. Hotel and rooms have been modernised and look great, aside from a few creaky floorboards! Very quiet when we stayed (missed the nightclub by one day fortunately). Perfect location for the town, castle, river, etc. Knocked off a mark for service as there's not a lot of staff around, but you can call for help if needed (but we didn't need to as it happened).”
“What a great hotel! Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful.
The family room (for me, my husband and my two uni-aged kids) was spacious and spotless. The bathroom gleaming clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, soft and hard pillows provided, beautifully laundered bed linen too.
Little details -- like the hairdryer attached to the mirror, and a standing fan (which we had to use as it was a hot night), and a fridge -- showed that the management are really thinking about...
“I didnt know what to expect when i booked this hotel. I was very very happy. Hotel was clean and well finished. Great service, lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing lovely and hot. We are planning on going back again in October. Great!”
“Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.

Bagno rifatto da poco...avrebbero potuto mettere un rubinetto unico nel lavandino, anziché quegli impossibili rubinetti gallesi che non ti consentono di mischiare acqua fredda e calda! Letto matrimoniale troppo stretto, forse più ad una piazza e mezzo! “Roch Castle Hotel ticks all the boxes for a superb and unique experience. The hotel exudes luxury but in a calm and peaceful manner. A sympathetic restoration leaves many of the castles features evident in most rooms and public rooms. ”
“An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop.
Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions.
The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked.
The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite.
I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report.
