“This is definitely an urban hotel! I had no issues with it, but I grew up in New York City and am used to noise, watching out for things, and general street smarts. My room was on the 10th floor so I didn't hear much street noise when trying to sleep, but coming back to the hotel at night there were all sorts of clubbing people out (even on a Thursday) and music blaring in the streets. My room was really nice and clean and I had no problems with any of it. However, at night there was no one...

“Convenient but gloomy.
There is nothing particularly wrong but this location has seen better days and some mediocre upgrades - the kind where you can the trim and paint and things are shoddy or not aligned. The restaurants were either closed or a ghost town - but I did have decent evening meal there. So no real complaints. ”

“Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5.

“Room, bathroom, shower and bedding were all clean. There were lots of towels and more were given when requested. Strong smell of chemicals but that is better than dirty!!!
Either there was no fan in the bathroom or it turned on with the same switch as the light and it wasn’t working. Needless to say the absence of a fan left us with some undesirable odours at times and made the room hot after we showered.
Front desk and housekeeping staff were kind and accommodating.
Pool was beautiful!...
