This private, ground floor apartment is located within a safe and secure building which can be accessed via a locked gate. There is a gate code which will allow you into the apartment compound and access to the main building. The apartment is within the first building which can be accessed via a door code. The apartment is then located on the ground floor, accessible via key which can be obtained from a lock box.

The Neighborhood:
Filled with amazing cafés, restaurants, parks, things to do and things to see, Peckham has the added joy that nothing is too touristy or overdone. Many of Peckham's restaurants, bars and cafes are independent and a short walk away. Franks rooftop bar is a particularly popular spot with incredible views of central london including The Shard & The London Eye. The Victorian Bussey Building is a melting pot for artistic and creative activity, wind your way through the narrow back alleyways to discover everything from hipster cafes to pottery studios. This is a wonderfully diverse and multicultural area with a unique community spirit. The residents have rebelled against the mainstream and fight to keep their cool and quirky cinemas and supermarkets.

Peckham Rye Common is one of the best (and lesser known) parks in London, with landscaped parks, wooded areas, picnic spots, Japanese gardens, ponds, playgrounds and loads of parakeets living in the trees.
