Staff disponibile e gentile Camera pulita e accogliente, buona colazione. Si trova in zona 4, vicino alla metropolitana ma non particolarmente comodo per visitare la città. Materasso del letto matrimoniale davvero scomodo.

La struttura si trova a circa 15 km da King’s Cross Station, circa 20 minuti in metropolitana, che dista 5 minuti a piedi dal B&b. È una tipica casetta inglese in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale; vicino ci sono supermarket, un fish and chips da asporto, un ristorante indiano e un kebab. La signora Jasmine è gentilissima; la camera pulitissima e confortevole, il bagno privato veramente pulito e con molti accessori. In camera c’e La televisione. La sala colazioni veramente carina, con a disposizione l’acqua calda per il the a qualsiasi ora. A colazione, oltre al the, c’e caffè, latte, succhi, e tutto quello inerente una colazione continentale. La signora, su richiesta, prepara anche uova, prosciutto, patate. Inoltre sono sempre presenti pancake e frutta. Il B&b è un po’ distante dal centro, ma secondo me la sera va anche bene staccare dalla frenesia della città e, soprattutto, dall’aria molto inquinata.

Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend stay
We had a really lovely stay at the Bay Tree Hotel. The host was welcoming and helpful and made us excellent breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had all we needed. Overall it was nice and quiet and well located close to the underground station.

A true bed and breakfast! Host was superb! Her home is clean and tidy and she makes a wonderful breakfast. Her garden is lovely as well.

Hemos estado muy a gusto gracias a la atención, simpatía y amabilidad de la anfitriona. Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Desayuno estupendo. Está algo alejada del centro de Londres, pero el Metro está muy cerca y en 35 minutos estás en pleno Picadilly Circus en línea directa.

Fantastic
What a lovely B&B and a wonderful host. Very clean everywhere, delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The room we were in was very big with a fabulous bathroom which had a huge bath and a shower. We had a very comfortable stay.

Have already recommended to friends!
Really comfortable bed. In the large family room in the attic space so a bit too warm but there was a fan provided. I was travelling alone but the room was much larger than most other family rooms I've stayed in. Unexpectedly good choice for breakfast despite being a small B&B. Would definitely stay again.

Great - 2 night stay
I stayed for 2 nights, arriving late one evening and Jasmine was there to great me. They accommodated an early breakfast due to me leaving before 8pm. The room and view was lovely and they could not do enough to ensure my stay was a good one - i'll definitely be back!

Great little B and B, the host is a warm, kind and helpful lady, so hospitable, wants you to use her house as if you are at home. Our room was good and very clean, the sleep quality was good as the bed was comfy, bedding was crisp and a quiet area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Une excellente adresse. Chambre pour 4 au top. Grande salle de bain. Très calme. Station de métro à 5mn à pied - Piccadely Line qui traverse Londres et vous amène en 30mn dans tous les lieux à voir. Accueil très sympa petit dej cool. Place pour la voiture. Rien d’autre on y retournera 👍

This B&B was exactly what we needed as our place to stay. Very clean, nice abd run by Jasmin who manages this place wonderfully. Its North of London but very close to the station.

Wonderful accommodation in a quiet neighborhood
The hospitality was exceptional, so accommodating. Breakfast was a great variety and the fresh fruit and juice were very welcome. The freedom to come and go as you please was great for me to visit friends in different areas of the city. The proximity to the tube station and pub was excellent as well. I would gladly stay again.

The rooms are so nice and beautiful. You can feel how much thought was put into every little detail. The host is also very lovely and took perfect care of us, could give tips about where to go and was understanding to no end when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. It felt more like visiting an aunt or something. We also enjoyed sharing breakfast with the other guests and talking at the breakfast table as if we were there for a family gathering. It's also very convenient that the next tube station is only a five minute walk away and there is a lovely park just around the corner if you want to take a breather from the urban London hussle.

The Bay Tree House was excellent in all regards. Our room was comfortable with a nicely appointed bathroom. The hostess was fantastic! She is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always wonderful, including freshly cooked eggs. Very nice variety. Location was a little farther out from London but still easily accessible by metro (less than 5 minute walk to the metro station). I highly recommend Bay Tree House!

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung, das gesamte Haus einschließlich der Zimmer ist mit vielen kleinen Details sehr liebevoll gestaltet, der Kontakt sehr warmherzig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in London gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderbares Zimmer in einem ruhigen Vorort von London. Sehr bequeme Betten und ein tolles Bad. Sehr liebenswerte Besitzerin. Gute 5 min zur nächsten U-Bahn Station, ca 1/2 h bis zum Zentrum.

Charmant B&B op goede locatie
Charmant B&B met zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. We hadden de familiekamer, die er keurig uitzag. Het bed van één van de kinderen miste een stuk van de lattenbodem, maar gelukkig heeft een licht kind daar weinig last van. De badkamer zag er netjes uit, maar helaas waren er problemen met het warm water, waardoor we tijdens het douchen steenkoud water hadden. Niet fijn! Het ontbijt was erg goed met ruime keus aan brood, sap en vers fruit. Desgewenst kon men een pannekoek bestellen of roerei. Het eten in de serre met uitzicht op de tuin was ook aangenaam. Het gratis parkeren van de auto voor de deur is ook erg prettig.

Dear Guests, Thank you for your kind review of the Bay Tree House. It was unfortunate that one late evening, the fuse had blown causing the boiler to trip and not heat the water. As soon as I was informed, the hot water did come through, if not only for a 10 minute delay. We apologise for this. We look forward to receiving you again at the Bay Tree House. Very happy!
Wonderful and welcoming B&B. Jasbinder was really lovely and an attentive host. Room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. I stayed for a business trip, arrived late in the evening (was made to feel welcome) and found it very easy to get to where I needed to go. The house is very close to tube station and the line was very quick into central London (don’t be fooled by the apparent distance!). Will definitely visit again.

Had a lovely stay made just feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough tube station five minutes walk away Then 20 minutes on the Picadilly line nice if you don’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle

Muy buena opción en relación calidad-precio
Bonito y agradable alojamiento muy cerca de la estación de metro de Arnos Grove. Se encuentra muy alejado de la zona turística pero está bien comunicado y en 20 o 30 minutos llegas a cualquier lugar del centro. Limpio y muy bien de precio pero nos tocó cambiar de habitación casi todos los días. Habría que mejorar los desayunos.

オーナーの女性がとても良い方でした。チェックイン予定より大幅に早く着いてしまい、まだ準備ができてなかった？かもしれないのですが、構わないからと部屋に案内してくれました。部屋はとてもきれいで、ベッドもふかふかでよかったです。朝食は他の部屋の方と一緒に話しながら、ダイニングルームでいただきました。テラスで紅茶を飲みながらくつろいでいると、チョコレートケーキをいただきました。最寄駅周辺にはレストランや食料品店もあり、不自由はしなかったです。ホテルは一軒家が並ぶ住宅街で、公園もあり、まるでイギリスで生活しているような気分になりました。

Ideale uitvalbasis voor centrum van Londen
Leuke buurt, parkeerplaats was beschikbaar voor onze wagen. Prima ontbijt, zeer goed ontvangen. Prima kamer. Op wandelafstand (5 minuten) van metrostation. 's Avonds kun je er op het stille terras rustig bekomen van de drukke stad. Koelkast in leefruimte stond ter onzer beschikking voor een flesje wijn.

Really nice B&B
We had a warm welcome by Jasmin and she prepared a great breakfast every morning. We had the family room in the attic (not too warm even though the sun was shining every day) with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The B&B is in a quiet neighbourhood, and a small supermarket and Picadilly Line are nearby. A great place to stay on a trip to London!
