Semplicemente perfetto!. Ottimo il servizio, camera dotata di tutti i confort è pulitissima. Colazione internazionale servita in spazi grandi e confortevoli. La posizione dell’albergo permette di raggiungere l’underground velocemente

Abbiamo preso una camera per 3, c'erano 4 letti ma lo spazio è davvero molto. Pulizia e bagno impeccabili. Due difetti la tv satellitare con nemmeno un canale italiano e sopratutto ciò che ho veramente trovato disdicevole in un hotel di questa qualità, con un prezzo molto importante far pagare internet tra 10 e 15 euro al giorno.

Ottimo albergo in posizione splendida
La zona è splendida, ho soperto Canary Wharf come veramente bella e ordinata e in posizione strategica per treno ed metro. L'albergo è ottimo in ordine, con personale veramente gentile. La stanza era grande per 4 persone (2 gradi e due ragazzi) assolutamente consigliato.

L'hotel è bel posizionato e molto pulito, cosi come la stanza. Abbiamo dovuto insistere prima di essere soddisfatti nella richiesta di riparare il minibar ma la direzione ha poi cortesemente praticato un'agevolazione per il disagio subito. In generale il giudizio è buono e il personale si mette subito a disposizione del cliente. La colazione ottima, con una piccola pecca, il cliente non può scegliere tra vari tipi di the' come avviene in tutti gli hotel, ma gli viene servito l'english breakfast direttamente nella teiera. Sarebbe più opportuno lasciare maggiori scelte di gusti di the' al tavolo del cliente

My daughter was running the London Marathon so it was nice for her to soak in the bath afterwards. The room was a good size and it had a fridge which was useful.

The room was ready when we arrived early. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy check- in and check-out. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the tube station. With the Jubilee Line it is only a short ride to different sightseeing places. The Elizabeth Line is a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. This is a very good hotel for a city trip to London with the family.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Close to the O2 so perfect for our needs. The room was clean and offered everything we needed. Bed a little uncomfortable but we are spoiled by our Tempur mattress bed.

I made a booking for two double rooms and requested adjacent rooms as we were travelling with teens and a family room is no longer suitable. This was also repeated by telephone a week before travel. I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned until the day, but they would do everything possible to fulfill my request, so I was disappointed when we checked in that we weren't even on the same floor and also told there was nothing they could do. After a continued conversation, the check in team actually were able to move us to the same floor and then found us two rooms together. Quite the turnaround from 'nothing they could do'. I do have to wonder if the hotel really did 'everything possible' to help me as promised. An unnecessary annoyance at the start of our stay unfortunately.

Would stay again.
I found the Canary Wharf area pleasantly surprising. A bit business oriented perhaps but there were many choices for food and shopping (if inclined). Transportation was relatively convenient and short distance to get to the property. Good options on the tube with the Elizabeth line and Jubilee lines not a far walk (less than 12 min). However, be advised the DLR lines run right next to the hotel. Originally staff put me next to the line and being a light sleeper, the sound of the trains going by would have been a tad disturbing for me. Fortunately, staff accomodated me to a quieter part of the hotel (albeit the view was somewhat dreary - but I wasnt there for the view anyway - just some quiet rest at night).

The staff are very polite and welcoming. The rooms are nice and i like the fact you have a fridge and bottle water in ur room. Also that the bathrooms has face cloths.

Dejligt ophold - igen....
Super service, lækre værelser og dejlig morgenmad. God beliggenhed tæt på undergrunden (10 min. til Leicester Square) og shoppingcenter ca 100 meter væk. Altid en fornøjelse at komme tilbage til.....

New years at Canary Wharf Hilton
Arrogant concierge, we left a day early, they do don’t refund our one day of stay money, staff not articulate to handle situations We arrived early in the morning, they didn’t assist with the situation, rather the gentleman who was manning the suitcases was more helpful.
