Good honest service
The hotel is as good as it was pre COVID, the staff are excellent and the service on offer is exactly what you want for a 4* nothing pretentious just honest down to earth good service, breakfast is perfect and the location is spot on. It is and will be my go to place whenever travelling to London Heathrow

La struttura non è male anche se avevo appositamente scelto questo hotel per la disponibilità del letto king. Arrivati in hotel mi hanno dato una stanza con letto queen. Quando sono tornata in reception per far sapere lo sbaglio nell'assegnazione della camera mi è stato comunicato che il loro queen è considerato king. Faccio presente anche che in bagno il pavimento era pieno ma pieno di capelli neri !!!!! Come non vederli!! CHE SCHIFO!!!!

Disastro….. omettono di specificare che la navetta per aeroporto prima di arrivare al terminal fa altre fermate per un totale di circa 40 minuti per fsre pochi km (direi 3 ). La mattina servizio colazione non dispo per chi ha un volo prestissimo (e questo è anche comprensibile ) ma che non ci sia neppure un caffè disponibile e’ inaccettabile …

Excellent. Very convenient to T 2. Staff was lovely and professional. The room was perfectly quiet (Soundproof windows:) And the restaurant had great food, great prices and a great staff. The whole experience was very impressive!

The room was very nice. The checkin and checkout were smooth. We booked a taxi with the front desk and were quoted £17 for 3 passengers and two bags. When I confirmed with the dispatcher, he said no it’s £23. We had two medium suitcases and two check in bags. They need to make the baggage rules more specific. Most people travel with one of each. We accepted, but like I said, the terms need to be specific.

Property is close to the airport and have a shuttle service. The room was clean but the bathroom can use some new tub silicone in the shower area. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel near airport, clean and great breakfast buffet. Nothing around hotel to see but you can always take shuttle to airport to get train to go visit.

The customer service was the best thing about my experience. The room didn’t seem freshly cleaned and had an abandoned feel. The TV didn’t have any service connected and overall, other than a place to get a few hours of sleep between flights the place just wasn’t very accommodating.

We stayed here on our last night in London before flying home to the US, and it was the best choice. It's right next to the airport, so it was convenient, and the room was comfortable. The only negative thing is that they do not have a shuttle to the airport, but they can arrange for the airport bus or a taxi to pick you up, which is nice but very expensive for the 5-minute ride.

This was a great hotel for needing to catch an early flight. There are a number of options to get to the airport from here - Hotel Hoppa, cab, and busses.

Staff was very attentive to details by insuring us with a perfect stay. The restaurant staff were very helpful in asking questions making sure we got everything and enough to eat. Highly recommend this location

Check in to a dirty and used room. We had so much luggage and no one told us about the buggy’s that could carry everything. They just let us leave it all over the front desk area. There wasn’t even a holder for the bathroom towel. This hotel is cheap.
