I am sorry you chose to vent than choose virtue.It is not difficult to ask for help when needed. If you were unsure about how to turn the heating on, you could have simply asked where the knob was. There was no need to complain and lie about the number of bedrooms when you knew you were staying in an accommodation with a shared bathroom with only two guests sharing, not five guests, as there were empty rooms!Additionally, you had the option to pay extra for an ensuite, which was available.Regarding the TV aerial, it was clearly communicated to you that it just needed to be positioned for a better signal. This was not a complex task and could have been easily done. I don't understand why you compromised your comfort and waited to give negative feedback when you could have just had a pleasant short stay if you asked or spoken out. We would have just been too pleased to assist.

We did not advertise the room you booked as ensuite, however, if you can send your booking confirmation stating it was ensuite, you will get your full refund as we take accusations like this seriously.Beside, you did not share the bathroom or toilet with anyone else. This guest is not welcomed to any of our Properties because of breaking our house rules, misbehaviour and use of drugs.

I just could not believe you rated my generosity and hospitality at 2/10 Ian! Why? Can you please honestly say why as you did not give any reason if this is not a malicious review?I upgraded you and gf to a whole house, three times what you paid with an en-suite because you were local and seemed nice. I am very disappointed. You could have told me what you were not happy about if anything.

Sam you had a choice to stay or not as you had not paid until you were sure it suited you. You stayed for two nights. When you were satisfied with the room and house, you could not even pay as you played the scam trick of not enough money in your account until the following day, with much haggling and persistence did we get the money at a reduced rate from you.

I am sorry you expectations were not met but suffice it to say we never claimed there was a spa at the property. However, we provide our guest's vouchers to a local Spa facility that is not currently operating due to the Covid restrictions. The property is a functioning short-let rental unit, not somebody's spare room. Thank you for your comments, and all raised issues have been looked into and to a better standard.

Life is not always as we expect. When efforts are made to make life easier and better for us, it is only nice to be grateful rather than dwell on the negatives. What is wrong with a council town house? Other humans live there too! You could not afford to pay for a cooked breakfast as you want all free with no consideration for the time, money spent to make the breakfast. You chose not to have milk for your cereal yet you mourned about not having milk? Your car was safe the next morning as you drove in it the next morning, was it not? Yet, you said the place was not a particularly safe place to park. Where is a safe place to park outside your own home driveway? Your fears, lack of trust and negativity of things that seem different to your perception will drive you to remain in a life of hatred. The world need love and peace.
