Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

● Depending on your time of arrival, you will either be met at the property by a Smartlets representative, who will welcome you to the property, give you a tour, and provide keys. or you will be given the option to self check in.
● Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as sole use of the roof terrace.
● The property is on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift available.
● There are 2 flights of stairs to the property and there are 2 flights of stairs within the property.

We are available for guests by messenger or by phone during your stay; we aim to respond to all questions within 2 hours between 9:00 and 22:00 GMT.

Queens Park is a trendy, creative and family friendly area in West London. The actual Queen’s Park of Queen’s Park is a hidden treasure, just 2 mins from Queens Park tube station and 8 minutes walk from the apartment. It's a great place for a walk, a picnic, or coffee (there is a cafe in the centre of the park). If you fancy something more active or varied, there is a a tennis court, a golf course, pétanque, a playground (with sandpit), a swimming pool, a community herb garden, a café and a bandstand. If you have kids with you, there is even a small petting zoo, which is free of charge. Year round, Queen’s Park is buzzing with families and football teams soaring across the green. In the summer, neighbours Lexi Cinema set up their outdoor Nomad Cinema screen on the lawn, featuring well-loved classic movies to watch by starlight. On street paid parking is available, but the best way to get around is either by foot as many local amenities and parks are walking distance, or by tube. The nearest Tube is Queens Park, which is approximately 6 mins walk from the apartment.
