Niente aspettative
Ho speso 200 € la stanza è piccolissima,arriva vampate di puzza di fogna. Mi aspettavo di più. Per un fine settimana va bene.

Dear Mr Matteo, Thank you for your feedback. You had booked a single room which the size is approved by British Government Department (VOA). If you required a spacious room should have booked a double deluxe which comes with large King Size Bed fridge/fan. Regarding room rate you had booked when concert in Wembley were room rates were much higher then our Hotel which you must have prior to booking with us. Also your comment on smell of sewage we had it checked out and report came back with no issue. Regards, May THE GENERAL MANGER

we only stayed one night. The chap at reception was very friendly and also upgraded us to a better room as we had booked a basic room and i suppose they had empty rooms that night. the room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The bed was large but a little too hard for me however that's a personal taste. It's a little run down but okay and was useful at being so near to the tube station.

Window did not shut properly so noise from building work surrounding the property was relentless. There was alot of noise from staff early in the morning too. It would be better to warn anyone visiting the hotel that there is work taking place nearby. Other than that the rooms are very basic but it was suitable for our visit to Wembley with the Preston Rd station a 5 minute walk away.

Only ten mins from stadium which was a bonus ,no info given as to how we got there by hotel which would have been nice ,however staff were lovely and accommodating we had a couple of issue with the room but were dealt with quickly and efficiently

The hotel is 3 star and that is accurate; tidy, clean and convenient for local shops and restaurants. Very good value for money given the location. I would stay again.

Smelly Brent.
I had booked a single room but this was no more than a cupboard, it was tiny. There is supposed to be free parking facilities but there is only space for 6 cars and it was full. I had to park at the top of a hill on the main road a Fair distance away from the hotel and walk back. They have a severe problem with their drains, the smell in the bathroom was disgusting. I remembered that I had stayed in this hotel before about 18 months ago and the drains were bad then. I Will never stay there again.

Overnight stay

An another fing!
The Brent hotel was neat and clean with a small car park out front. Front desk service was friendly and approachable and we were upgraded to a family room which was a lot bigger than the other rooms available. The room was on the corner of the hotel and had views in three directions. The room was clean and well appointed with a king size bed. Everything worked as it should. The ensuite was good, clean and well appointed. My only criticism was that the showerhead had quite a bit of mould around it and it looked like it hadn't been sterilised for some time. Shower cubicle was small but functional. All in all good value for the price. The hotel was well placed to get to Wembley arena which was about two miles away or a 30 minute walk. There are some local shops and food outlets near by about half a mile away but these shut by 11pm. Not sure if there was a lift as I didn't see one which may be an issue for some people. We didn't stay for breakfast so could not comment on quality. Resturaunt looked nice though. I would recommend to others.

Not for me.
It was a small room and not cheap. Om a busy road, the hotel itself was noisy as it was small and the whole place shook when somebody came in or out and woke up by traffic in the night. Needs a refurbishment and double glazing. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Small car park. Booked one twin and one double got two doubles. Worn out carpets. One double particularly poor. Staff helpful and friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. The hotel provides a first come first serve parking area for a number of vehicles. Unfortunately we can not accomodate cars fr all guests but there is unstricted free parking at the street level as an alternative. Unfortunately on this occassion the rooms booked via your agent with the hotel was one double and one twin and although we would have provided the twin room you required were fully booked on this day. I apologise we could not do more. Thank you for yur feedbck.

My wife and I checked in, left our luggage and went out. upon our return we saw owner (maybe owners son) or manager had been in our room, they are very untrusting. I have never had this experience before and it was clear we could not ask about this as they would only lie about it due to our experience with the heating. We came back late and had to wait and ring bell 4 times before door was opened for us as he was asleep. I then called as the room was freezing, this was 'boosted' but for a short time so i slept with my clothes on. There is no heating control except on the radiator which means nothing if the heating is off, room should have heating control. In the morning i went to reception and was given 3 excuses but i asked for heating to be put on and left on as i can put radiator off myself. So every time we came back to hotel they ran to put heating on which meant room was cold for a couple of hours each time. and was only done as i said i would rather book another hotel or a real one at least. Rooms are not clean, owners are tight and demand you put lights off but there are many switches and not near our room so had to walk in the dark each time we came or left. Parking limited to 5 cars, 4 if owners car is parked there. owners son saw where we were from and stated he had a wedding venue in our area and had just spent £1 mill renovating it! But wont spend £50k to get a door system and heating system that works for guests. Rooms are not clean and smells odd.

Dear 'Tiger', I refer to the feedback provided above and found it to be rather confusing and believe you have left the wrong review for the wrong hotel during your travels of London: 1) Heating is on based on a thermostat control with individual room controls in all rooms throughout the hotel. I assume you could not understand how the controls worked and did not refer to reception by dialing 40 on your telephone as per the guidence notes in your room. 2) Intercom door entry is common in all hotels after a set time in the day, typically late night. 3) All rooms come with all modern facilities from flat screen tv's, to coffee machines and modern ensuite shower rooms which doesnt tie with your descriptions at all. 4) Staff enter rooms for light cleans daily based on door signs elected by guests - if you did not require a room clean a do not disturb sign is available on the flip side. All rooms go through a check list clean before during and after occupation with full white linen suites and fresh linen followed by a senior house keeper check. 5) The hotel was also rated Hotel of the year in Harrow 2016 by Late Rooms associated with Expedia. 6) With regards tot he rest of your comments the hotel is not family run nor is it family owned or have a related wedding venue so this is rater perplexing to both us here at the hotel and any customers reading your comments as per our lisiting. friendly reception at around 17.00 hrs, left at 07.00 next morning, spent a day at hospital ,returned at 15.00, did not move out of the room until 09.30 Weds.No one at reception, unable to retrieve copies of my bank card,or my partners, not happy about that.

Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt ohne Probleme. Einchecken, Service und Betreuung waren super. Ein nettes Hotel in Familienbetrieb und sehr netten Leuten. Die Zimmer waren komplett in Ordnung, kein Problem mit Sauberkeit oder irgendwelche Mängel. Wir hatten keinen Luxus gebucht, daher waren wir vollkommen zufrieden. Ein kleiner Punkt der nicht so toll war, ist das Frühstück. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert, aber leider war es ziemlich mikrig. Zumindest ein Ei hätte ich mir gewünscht. Der Englische Tee war natürlich klasse, aber ansonsten hätten wir uns da etwas mehr erwartet. Das was da war, war aber zumindest nicht schlecht! Geschmeckt hat es uns trotzdem. Und geschadet hat es der Urlaubsstimmung in keinster Weise. Wir würden beim nächsten Trip nach London wieder dieses Hotel buchen!
