Ho considerato non da hotel a 4 stelle la fornitura nelle camere: a parte la macchina del caffè non c'erano amenities: no cassaforte, no sleepers, no accappatoio, no dischetti di ovatta.... solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo, conditioner e crema mani.hotel frequentato prevalentemente persone sotto i 35 anni .”

The (free!) locker service was incredibly useful—it allowed us to explore the city both on the day we arrived and the day we left. We also used the restrooms on level -1, which are available to all guests, and they were extremely clean and tidy.
We took advantage of the Gail’s discount too, which was very easy to use, and the food we bought there was genuinely delicious.
The value for money was outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back, because we had such a great experience! (We’ve both been to London around 30 times, so we’ve seen plenty of hotels—this one truly stood out!)"
