Hotel a Long Grove

“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. “This was our first time at a great Wolf Lodge. We like that it was close to other parks and a big mall. The swimming area was a lot of fun for our kids. The staff was kind and helpful. The prices in the restaurants were over the top for what the food was. Cleanliness was OK but the room was showing its age. All in all we had a good time. Everyone should try out a great wolf lodge at least once.”
