“Stayed here a few times a couple years ago and had a great experience. Last Tuesday it was the total opposite. The bar was not open, the staff that answered the phone to check on the hours of the bar was very rude and so was the receptionist. It is too bad because it was one of my fav hotels in TN!”

“For what I paid, the room was not as expected and needed to be remodeled. You had to pay separately for use of the pool and hot tub. The breakfast choices were not good. Parking was an issue and it’s next to a pool hall. A hooker knocked on our door at 11 at night and someone tried to bum a smoke off of my husband in the parking lot. I would not recommend this property. ”

“The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! ”

“The rooms were very nasty… spiderwebs build up stains all in the carpet stains over the walls the staff wasn’t friendly nor welcoming at all… 302.00 wasn’t worth it all!!! This was a horrible experience ”

“We had a very disappointing stay. We booked a room for 5 people, but when we arrived, the sofa bed was not properly prepared and didn’t even have a mattress. We had to wait about an hour for staff to bring one, which was very inconvenient after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, the bed was not set up—we had to do it ourselves.
