Adorabile Napoli Island Retreat

I nostri 1.900 ft quadrati. Recentemente ristrutturato 2 storia, 4 camere, 3 bagni isola casa è a soli 100 yards dai canali e 300 iarde alla baia e sull'oceano.

2nd Street, l'epicentro di ristoranti, negozi e intrattenimenti serali, è un isolato di distanza. Abbiamo 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Due camere da letto hanno letti queen size, uno ha 2 letti queen size e il Master ha un letto king.

Il vicinato

La nostra casa si trova su Napoli Island e soli 4 isolati dalla comunità lato della spiaggia di Belmont Shore, affettuosamente denominato "la Shore" dalla gente del posto. Belmont Shore è abbracciato da acqua con l'Oceano Pacifico a sud, Alamitos Bay ad est, e Marine Stadium a nord. kite surfers amano le grandi brezze oceaniche trovate qui. L'acqua calma della baia rende per riunioni di famiglia con il nuoto, kayak, imbarco stand-up, vela e canottaggio.

2nd Street, a circa 100 iarde di distanza, è sede di ottimi ristoranti, boutique di lusso, centri benessere e saloni e vita notturna. Passeggini, biciclette e cane a piedi sono una scena familiare come le persone godono di questa comunità mare affascinante.

Tutto è, a pochi passi. È possibile parcheggiare l'auto nel garage privato e camminare o andare in bicicletta per la baia, mare o Second Street.

La nostra casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per godersi le spiagge vicine. Abbiamo sedie a sdraio, teli mare, un ombrellone, giocattoli di sabbia e 2 biciclette.

Se si vuole cucinare a casa, la nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca e vi è un barbecue di propano sul patio del cortile.

Se si desidera rilassarsi e guardare televisione, abbiamo 4, tutti con cavo e Netflix.

Race Team Wins!

This was a winning place for our race team to stay for Long Beach Race Week. We were close to the yacht club & close to some great restaurants. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening and rehatching the competition. The hosts were super responsive and this home was fully stocked with every amenity I’ve ever seen in a rental and it made it really convenient. Great location. The canals are lovely!

Great Stay

What a wonderful surprise. The pictures do not do it justice. Every room is large and inviting and comfortable. Our morning walks were enjoyable by the beach and 2nd St. Everything necessary was at our fingertips. The hosts were easy to communicate with. One of the best, if not "The Best" place I have ever stayed at.

Amazing stay

The house was beautiful inside and out and also in a great location where you can get to the beach, do water sports and get to important roads very easily. The amenities provided were excellent and everything felt top quality, including the customer service.

Writing Retreat

We had a wonderful time here! More than enough space for four adults, everyone got their own room with grown-up sized beds, only 2 people had to share a bathroom. The kitchen was the most stocked, equipment-wise, that any of us had encountered. The fire pit was a wonderful and welcome addition, ending our last evening with s’mores was a treat! A short walk to the beach, a short walk to shops and restaurants. Communication with ownership/managers was quick and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and would absolutely stay again.

Charming Great location

Home was just as described with all the necessary amenities. The layout was perfect for our family. Walking around the canals was so cool! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. We would love to visit again!

Great location - super fab Host!

This cottage house is adorable and very roomy. Ideal walking location next to bars, restaurants and shopping. Check in/out was easy. We were there 2 days after Christmas and they had some cute Christmas decor up. Enough to make it homey. Would highly recommend!!!

Amazing!!

We enjoyed this house so much! So much space, it's super cozy and the outside patio space is amazing! Beds are comfy and it has everything and anything you can think of that you may need. 2 car attached garage was a HUGE plus. Close to everything, we enjoyed walking to the water and shops close by. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience would love to stay again!

This is one of the nicest homes I have ever been able to stay at! We came with our friends to Long Beach CA for an extended weekend for a wedding. My best friend got married nearby, and I couldn't ask for a better home to come celebrate in.

Best Place We've Ever Stayed - Perfect for Family!

First, the hosts are the best you can get! They have equipped their home with everything and then some. We stayed with our 3 kids and their spouses and have already called this our favorite family place to go to again. We were able to have some fancy dinners and wine with basically a Chef's Kitchen with all of the cooking accessories and bar ware. Denise and her team have thought of everything and made it so convenient. The house is as cozy as they get and we all slept great and created wonderful memories. We will be back! Highly highly recommended for anyone visiting this area as Naples Island is magnificent with great scenery/views and great restaurants/stores that are all within walking distance. We spent almost as much time at the house as we did exploring as it's a perfect setting.

A Stress-Free Oasis

Three generations of our family, ranging in age from 4 to 74, thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Naples Island. The home provided a stress-free oasis after driving each day on challenging, unfamiliar CA roadways. Every corner of the home experienced both adult quiet time and our grandsons' playful imagination. We had movie nights in the living room, wine on the patio, and s'mores by the firepit. As a base of operation, our adventures took us to Pacific beaches (west), Disneyland (east), the La Brea tar pits (north), Orange Co airport (south), and many destinations in between. Our hosts earned our highest possible compliment - for 10 days & 9 nights we never once needed to contact them because something didn't work. Thank you Curt & Denise

Son’s wedding

We were in Long Beach for our son’s wedding last weekend, and rented this home for our stay. We loved everything about this home and the host Denise. Beautiful home, plenty of room for all, very comfortable beds and all the amenities that we needed. Loved taking walks and runs to and around the canals to view the incredible homes. Very conveniently located to restaurants, stores and anything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for Groups!

My group of 8 stayed in this house during a long weekend in Long Beach and we loved it! We were most impressed with how well stocked the house was with everything we needed, from coffee to outdoor items. The hosts were very quick at responding when needed. The beds and pillows were also comfortable! The only downside is that one of the bedrooms didn't have many outlets, but there were plenty of other places around the house to charge our devices. I would definitely return to this property :)

Stay while moving our college freshmen

We so enjoyed this beautiful home with AC while we moved our girls into their home. Great decor and shampoos etc and thoughtful touches including GF snacks (all of us are GF eaters) thank you! Great Indian restaurant around the corner. Enjoyed a few walks along canals. Nice to have a garage to park our cars in. We would stay here again.
