The space
Enjoy the pool & barbecue while overlooking the Hollywood Hills. This mid-century estate has everything you could need for your vacation, including 3 bedrooms, a spacious gourmet kitchen, a living room, pool, BBQ grill & a huge patio with breathtaking views.

The pool is nine feet deep and can be heated for a fee. However, please note that due to its size and depth, we cannot heat the pool in the fall and winter months. The large surrounding patio area offers a grill, outdoor dining, and sun loungers.

The home begins with an airy open floor plan which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room for six, powder room & living room with 75 inch smart streaming flat screen TV, full sofa bed, bar & built in fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen has a Jenn-Aire custom refrigerator. We provide cookware, flat ware, dish ware, cutlery & cooking basics; everything you need to cook a delicious meal!

We have central heat & air conditioning, free washer & dryer in the house, & Bose Bluetooth sound system.

There is space for three cars in the driveway.

The entire property is yours -- except the garage. However, we do have a car port available and plenty of driveway and street parking.
