Other Things to Note:

The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.



Please note that the living area includes an AC unit. Bedrooms are equipped with portable space heaters to keep you cozy during cooler nights. (bedrooms do not have separate AC units.)



Pool Maintenance: to keep the villa in pristine condition, our professional pool technician visits every Friday. Please note that the technician may enter the property without prior notice during this window.



Propane for Fire Pit:

We do provide propane for the fire pit, but please note that it may occasionally run out. If it does, feel free to message us — we’ll gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase one nearby, and we’ll reimburse you promptly with a photo of the receipt.
