Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla stazione centrale della metro. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cortese. La camera era un po' trasandata, con mobilio vecchio e inefficiente. Colazione scarsa e per nulla varia.

Positivo: vicinanza alla metro ( linea rossa) circa 5 min a piedi, personale reception gentile, prezzo il più basso di Los Angeles downtown Negativo: pulizia scarsissima, abbiamo trovato peli nel lavandino e peli di barba sull asciuga capelli. Colazione: caffè, latte, succo, cereali, burro, marmellata, pane tostato. Zona: sicura anche di sera. Wi-fi non funziona benissimo

Posizione strategica, centrale da cui potersi muovere anche a piedi e con vicinissima la fermata metro, capolinea delle linee principali (e non è cosa comune a Losa Angeles!); stanza pulita, essenziale ma con tutti i confort; consigliato!!

Peccato!
Alla reception sono stati molto gentili, la camera era molto spaziosa e comoda, abbiamo fatto due notti e il secondo giorno i letti erano stati rifatti malissimo, il bagno era stato pulito e non erano stati rimessi nei saponi né i caffè che avevamo bevuto, né i bicchieri, inoltre sotto la finestra per tutta la seconda notte è rimasto acceso un motore ed è stato un po' fastidioso, comunque l'hotel si trova on una zona comoda e tranquilla a un passo da fisherman's warf.

Semplice, ma pulito e economico. Ottima posizione
Hotel / motel di tipo classico americano. Colazione inclusa, anche se un po' spartana. La posizione è ottima, nella downtown e vicina alla stazione 7th Metro. Personale gentile. Wifi scarso. Bassa insonorizzazione delle camere. Ma a questo prezzo penso che sia difficile trovare di meglio in questa zona di Los Angeles.

Sei in pieno centro con parcheggio annesso
Posto auto gratis che a downtown è raro. Zona molto tranquilla. Si va a piedi allo Steples Center e alla fermata della metro per Hollywood pueblo Beverly Hills coliseum e shuttle al museo. Caro per la struttura vecchia ma pulito e tranquillo. Personale disponibile

Staff was friendly, area was somewhat clean for what it is. The place had limited amenities; no ice machine had to walk to a liquor store, the pool had no water. Moreover, there was a vallet fee of 15 in wich you park your own car and it was not noted when making the reservations. Lastly the AC temperature was locked and had to manhandled the door to the restroom. Would like a refund.

free parking does not apply to fridays and saturdays ($15). It is really difficult to have a good night sleep when you can hear people snoring from other rooms. I already used ear plugs so you can imagine how thin the walls are. But thin walls seem to be the biggest problems for all motels in this country.

Property has the necessary item for a pleasant and not expensive stay . I do recommend this place if you want to save some money . Everything is clean and staff is very polite . For the price was perfect.

The check in and out was efficient, except I didn't know they took a $100 deposit until I got there. There were a lot of signs posted about all the rules, and I wish there were some plastic utensils provided. Clean and quiet though! Definitely correlates with the price.

Very sorry to say but the property was infested with roaches. It was not a clean environment very said because i was looking forward to staying here after a very long flight from New Jersey. I was unable to sleep under the comforter because i was afraid to remove the sheets due to the infestation . I rented two rooms but i will not return here. Sorry for the bad review it was very disappointing

My boyfriend and I spent the night for easy access to LA live. Overall pleasantly surprised with the pricing given its downtown LA, hotel room was well kept. Also it was $15 for parking, can’t beat that for a Saturday night. Only offside is the area, we didn’t feel safe walking outside and ordered an Uber instead. Sunday morning there was a lot of noise from outside guests.

excelente ubicacion a vias de acceso como metro y puntos de interes caminando. Limpieza bien todo en orden. buen trato del personal, si lo recomiendo como un lugar para llegar a dormir y salir a conocer, es seguro y sin ruido
