Thank you for your feedback Andrew, we are happy we were able to offer you Early Check In as well as parking here at the hotel. When the parking lot is full and a car is blocking other cars we normally ask guests to leave the keys at the front desk and we move the car only to let other cars leave the lot. Our rooms and bathrooms are cleaned by Housekeeping before check in. Our front desk would have resolved any issues with the room if you'd simply spoken with us. Thanks again for your feedback.

Our Housekeeping staff is available daily to change the sheets, each room has a hanger for the front door that says Do Not Disturb on one side and Maid Service Please on the other. Alternatively, please contact the front desk who will speak with Housekeeping. We apologize about any ants in the room, again our front desk would have been happy to assist if we had known.
